Team Sports
Aravon is part of the Association of Irish Junior Schools (AIJS) and competes in sporting events organised by this association.
Competition in a healthy environment can help children to understand what it takes to succeed while at the same time acknowledging the success of others.
In addition to AIJS competitions, Aravon teams compete against other schools in Rugby, Hockey, Cricket, Netball, Athletics, Rounders and Cross Country running. Both our girls and boys teams perform well at competition level.
